At Mystery Shirt Box, we want you to love your surprise kit, but we understand that sizing issues can happen in the world of sports apparel. If your mystery jersey doesn't fit quite right, we offer a 14-day exchange window to ensure you get the perfect addition to your collection.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original mystery tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item back in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will ship out a new mystery box in your requested size within 3-5 business days.
